CBI states that the public site excludes certain misdemeanor and juvenile categories, and the registration unit describes specific public categories such as sexually violent predators, adult multiple sexual or violent felony offenders, adult felony failure-to-register offenders, and adult felony sex-offense registrants registered with local law enforcement.
If a released person is legally required to register, the CBI registry may show current registration information or status. If the person is not listed, that does not prove they were never convicted, never released, or never required to register. Treat the registry as its own public-record channel, not as a VINE result and not as a Baca County jail release list.
Baca County VINE Fallback
Baca County's lack of a confirmed public recent-release feed makes VINE useful, but only within its limits. If a person is still in custody and the record is available, registration may produce a release or transfer alert.
